Eating without thinking

Yes, that's what I did yesterday. Selepas beberapa hari control makan, tiba2 last night I went out of control pula. Entah lah, brain ni buat justifikasi, I've earned it. Ugghh..

Yesterday's menu:

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal bread with jam, 1 cup tea

Post-exercise snack: 1 small banana

Lunch: 1 small scoop rice (3 sudu besar kot), 1 sotong rebus, 1 ketul kecil ayam goreng, 1 senduk sayur goreng

Tea: 1 mug Nescafe Gold decaf coffee (1.5 tsp coffee, 1 tsp sugar, 1 sachet creamer)
3 ketul kecil cekodok!! (alasan: pisang dah lebam, so buat cekodok)
1 small tub no fat Yoghurt

Dinner: 1 bowl Nestle Fitness cereals with Nesvita Omega milk

Snack: Lays crisps!!!!! (share dgn Hubby. Entah2 dah telan 500kcal! Bukan lapar, tapi terliur tengok hubby dok krup krap krup krap sambil tengok movie Sumolah on Astro).
1 mug green tea

Exercise: Strength training 30 min.

My hubby is underweight and his body fat pun 14% je.. dlm category Fit, borderline Athletic dah. Me? Normal weight, but ke arah overweight actually.. dan body fat 29.5%! I definitely cannot eat what he eats...

Hari ini mesti ada self control.

    G mkn sikit ko? Rasa mcm biasa je..ko dio mkn sikit/sederhana nasi tp byk nngatoh?

  2. Lupa, masa dinner makan ayam goreng seketul, in addition to cereal. Semalam banyakk calorie sebab cekodok dan crisps(potato chips) tu k Yah. Crisps salah satu musuh utama diet :(

    G makan sederhana. Dia tak mengunyah between meals. Cuma malam2 dia suka krup krap krup krap depan TV. I guess he has high metabolism. And he's physically active with sports.

  3. Ida ada jgk kawan2 hok sepesen ngan ayah G tu. Beranak pinak tapi slim gitu. Jeles tau sbb fikir mesti best diaorg nih, boleh makan byk n apa2 ajer tanpa perlu rungsing pasal bentuk badan. Siap ada yg cakap kalau boleh nak gak berisi, masa tu rasa nak jer siat2 lemak2 nih sedekah kat diaorg. :)

  4. Metabolisma tinggi dan active in physical activity tu faktor dionyo tu..

    Tp tau dok metabolisma kita blh dtinggikan..lagumana tok berapo ingat..tp ada caranya..

    Dan rasanya thp metabolisma menurun ikut umur sbb tu lbh susah utk menurunkan berat badan bila umur meningkat..

    Tp umur meningkat tak blh djadikan alasan sbb dlm TBL mlm tadi pokcik tua tu blh turunkan hampir separuh berat badan dio..

  5. Tak bolehlah compare dengan ayah G tu. Memang kurus dari dulu. Makan banyak pun slim. Masa naik penimbang kira umur tu, seriously the husbands semuanya 'muda' dari the wives..tercabar dek oi. tercabar ni.

    Lepas tu blog hopping blog siapa entah baca, Dr Harlina Siraj beritahu yang additional 5 kilos for every child is normal. masalahnya aini beranak afif dulu 50 kg je..sekarang dah apa 57??? aaaa
