My Goals

Ini kira formal check in to our group.

Actually my BMI is still in the normal range. Habis tu, kenapa nak diet? Sebab, dah sedar diri yg seluar dan kain semua makin ketat. My pear body shape pula dah menunjukkan tendency untuk berubah ke bentuk bola. Terasa lemak makin naik ke arah atas badan. Agaknya sebab kat bawah dah banyakkk sangat lemak, dia decide untuk mengembangkan kawasan jajahan ke bahagian lain pula. Lagi satu sebab, I know how unhealthy my lifestyle is. Langsung tak ada physical activity. Sometimes when I walk senget2 because of the pain in my feet, I feel like I'm my mother's age. And she's 37 years older than me.

Yang membuatkan semangat lebih membara ialah I baru discover The Biggest Loser (okay I'm slow). I fikir, if they can do it, I surely can. Selama ini my biggest problem is takut nak exercise. Takut sakit, takut penat. Tak suka panas, benci peluh.

So I took the plunge. I started exercising. I read about fitness. Bila dah banyak baca, my goal berubah sikit. Ini dia my goal as of now:

Sihat tubuh badan melalui exercise dan pemakanan seimbang
- I mahu tubuh yg sihat, ada tenaga, tidak berpenyakit.
- I want to lose fat. Last week I checked, my fat percentage is 29.5%. My goal now to reduce is to 26%.
- I want a more balanced body. That means reducing my lower body size. Rasanya ini yg paling sukar because I basically sit all day long.

It would be nice to lose 2kg of weight, but that is secondary now. Goals di atas lebih penting.

  4. Dah blh dah..ari tu masa mula2 nak create blog tu tak blh..lps tu semlm..apsal entah..
    Ky copy paste enty awak hok berkaitan permulaan diet/weight loss program..awak tak perasan ye..cuba awak tgk archive utk Jan/early Feb blog ni..semuanya awak punye post..dr blog awak..
